• Information you provide. When you use our comparison tool, we ask for your retirement savings range and ZIP code. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message. You may also provide additional details when you choose to engage with a partner.
• Information collected automatically. We and our service providers collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies to remember your preferences and support site features.
• Information from partners. When you click through to a partner or provider site, that partner may collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those sites.

Platform and hosting context

AnnuitySelector is built and hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides the infrastructure, database, and authentication services used to run the site. Lovable Cloud is responsible for platform-level security, availability, and underlying infrastructure. We are responsible for the information we collect, the partners we choose, and how we configure the application.

Our backend data and server functions are powered by Supabase, which is part of the Lovable Cloud platform. Supabase processes and stores data in accordance with its own security and privacy practices.

Your choices and rights

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Depending on your state of residence, you have additional rights, such as the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the site, respond to your inquiries, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or anonymize it.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

AnnuitySelector is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.

International visitors

AnnuitySelector is designed for residents of the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after the changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
